Project Description: A key part of San Antonio’s downtown landscape, The Burns Building, originally built as a department store in 1919, has been thoughtfully modernized. Situated near the lively River Walk, this five-story structure was completely renovated in 2018. It now offers 40,000 square feet of sleek office space and 14,000 square feet of street-level retail, combining
historical charm with contemporary design. The Burns Building stands as a testament to the seamless blend of old and new in the heart of the city.
