Project Description: The Jones Ave. Portfolio consists of three buildings located in the River North District between Broadway and Jones Ave. 203 E. Jones was originally built in the 1940s as a supply warehouse, and in 2013 was fully revitalized into a mixed-use building consisting of class-A office space and boutique retail with soaring wood ceilings and a glass and brick exterior façade. 1101 Broadway was built in the 1940s and was originally home to the Hughes Plumbing Supply Company. In 2023, the 17k square foot property was fully renovated into a mixed-use boutique retail destination consisting primarily of local food & beverage operators. 103 E. Jones Ave. was a vacant land tract on the bank of the San Antonio River which was subsequently developed into a riverside bar and restaurant with spectacular outdoor seating. Located on the river walking trail, the outdoor venue was constructed using modular shipping containers.
