Project Description: Once a tractor supply warehouse built in the 1950s, 1811 S. Alamo has been transformed
into a premier Class A commercial space. The 2018 renovation brought 13,000 square feet of office and boutique retail space to the vibrant Southtown area. Emphasizing sustainable development, the property features permeable pavers and a rainwater harvester. Camp Outpost Co., a popular restaurant, adds to the site’s appeal with its wood-fired cuisine and welcoming ambiance.
